(1) There shall be a supervision circuit for the control power supply. The control power supply of the circuit breaker is the primary. Once the power supply is lost, the circuit breaker cannot be operated. Therefore, no matter what element, when the control power supply of the circuit breaker is missing, the acoustic and optical signals shall be announced to prompt the personnel on duty to deal with it in time. For the remote control substation, if the control power supply of the circuit breaker is missing, the remote signaling shall be announced.

（2）应有避免断路器“跳动”的电气闭锁设备，发作“跳动”对断路器对错常风险的，简略致使安排损害，乃致使断路器的爆破，故有必要选用闭锁办法。断路器的“跳动”景象一般是在跳闸、合闸回路一同接通时才发作。“防跳”回路的计划应使得断路器呈现“跳动”时，将断路器闭锁到跳闸方位。

(2) There shall be electrical locking equipment to avoid the "jumping" of the circuit breaker, and the risk of "jumping" to the right and wrong of the circuit breaker will simply lead to the damage of the arrangement and even the explosion of the circuit breaker. Therefore, it is necessary to select the locking method. The "jumping" of the circuit breaker usually occurs when the tripping and closing circuits are connected together. The "anti tripping" circuit shall be planned so that when the circuit breaker presents "jumping", the circuit breaker shall be locked to the tripping position.

（3）应常常监督断路器跳闸、合闸回路的无缺性。当跳闸或合闸回路缺陷时，应宣告断路器操控回路断线信号。

(3) The integrity of circuit breaker tripping and closing circuits shall be monitored frequently. When the tripping or closing circuit is defective, the circuit breaker control circuit disconnection signal shall be declared.

（4）关于断路器的合闸、跳闸状况，应有显着的方位信号，缺陷主动跳闸、主动合闸时，应有显着的动作信号。

(4) As for the closing and tripping conditions of the circuit breaker, there shall be significant azimuth signals. When the defect trips and closes actively, there shall be significant action signals.

（5）跳闸、合闸指令应坚持满意长的时刻，而且当跳闸或合闸结束后，指令脉冲应能主动免除。因断路器的安排动作需求有必定的时刻，跳合闸时主触头抵达规矩方位也要有必定的行程，这些加起来便是断路器的固有动作时刻，以及灭弧时刻。

(5) The tripping and closing commands shall last for a satisfactory long time, and the command pulse shall be able to be actively exempted after tripping or closing. Due to the arrangement of the circuit breaker, the action needs a certain time, and the main contact must have a certain stroke when reaching the regular direction during tripping and closing. These add up to the inherent action time and arc extinguishing time of the circuit breaker.

指令坚持满意长的时刻便是确保断路器能牢靠的跳闸、合闸。为了加速断路器的动作，添加跳、合闸线圈中电流的添加速度，要尽或许减小跳、合闸线圈的电感量。为此，跳、合闸线圈都是按短时带电计划的。因而，跳合闸操作结束后，有必要主动断开跳合闸回路，不然，跳闸或合闸线圈会烧坏。一般由断路器的辅佐触点主动断开跳合闸回路。

When the command persists for a long time, it is to ensure that the circuit breaker can reliably trip and close. In order to accelerate the action of the circuit breaker and add the current addition speed in the tripping and closing coils, the inductance of the tripping and closing coils should be reduced as much as possible. Therefore, the tripping and closing coils are planned according to short-time electrification. （6）断路器的操作动力不见或短少时，例如绷簧安排的绷簧未拉紧，液压或气压安排的压力下降等，应闭锁断路器的动作，并宣告信号.SF6气体绝缘的断路器，当SF6气体压力下降而断路器不能牢靠作业时，也应闭锁断路器的动作并宣告信号。

(6) When the operating power of the circuit breaker is missing or short, such as the tension spring arranged by the tension spring is not tensioned, the pressure drop arranged by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, etc., the action of the circuit breaker shall be locked and the signal shall be announced. For SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, when the SF6 gas pressure drops and the circuit breaker cannot operate reliably, the action of the circuit breaker shall also be locked and the signal shall be announced.
