Both moulded case circuit breakers and isolating circuit breakers deal with electricity all the year round. Electricity is a double-edged sword, and it is easy to hurt people if it is not used well. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents and everyone's safety, we still need to let everyone know the matters needing attention in the installation and maintenance of MCCB.

塑壳式断路器主要用来分配电能和保护线路及电源设备免受过载、短路、欠电压等故障的损坏。安装使用维护时应注意以下事项。

Moulded case circuit breaker is mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults. Attention should be paid to the following items during installation, operation and maintenance.

（1）安装前腰核对铭牌上的参数与实际需要是否相符，将断路器垂直固定在安装板上。

(1) Before installation, check whether the parameters on the nameplate are consistent with the actual needs, and fix the circuit breaker on the installation plate vertically.

（2）板前接线时，选用对应截面积导线，剥去适量长度绝缘外层，插入线箍的孔内，将线箍的外包层压紧，包牢导线。然后，将线箍的连接孔与断路器接线端用螺钉紧固。连接铜排时，应先把接线板固定在断路器上后，再与铜排固定。板后接线要严格按照说明书投注的要求固定在接线板上。

(2) When wiring in front of the board, select the wire with the corresponding cross-sectional area, peel off the insulating outer layer with an appropriate length, insert it into the hole of the wire hoop, and press the outer layer of the wire hoop tightly to wrap the wire. Then, screw the connecting hole of the clamp and the circuit breaker terminal. When connecting the copper bar, the wiring board should be fixed on the circuit breaker first, and then fixed with the copper bar. The wiring behind the Board shall be fixed on the wiring board in strict accordance with the requirements of the instructions.

（3）断路器在投运前，要仔细检查固定连接部分是否牢固，并保证操作机构处于灵活状态。

(3) Before the circuit breaker is put into operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fixed connection part is firm, and ensure that the operating mechanism is in a flexible state.

（4）断路器出厂时已确定准确，使用中吧可随意调节。线路发生过载或短路故障断路器动作后，应先排除故障，再进行合闸操作。

(4) The circuit breaker has been confirmed to be accurate when leaving the factory. It can be adjusted at will when it is in use. In case of overload or short-circuit fault, the circuit breaker shall remove the fault before closing.

（5）断路器在使用期间应进行周期性检查，要定期对传动部分加润滑油，同时外壳灰尘，灭弧室内壁和侧片上的金属颗粒及黑烟灰。

(5) The circuit breaker shall be inspected periodically during use. The transmission part shall be lubricated regularly. Meanwhile, the dust of the shell shall be removed, and the metal particles and black soot on the wall and side pieces of the arc extinguishing chamber shall be eliminated.
