触点是ABB继电器中的一个重要组成部分,它的性能可以受很多的因素所影响,比如触点的材料以及负载的类型和工作频率、大气环境等电压、电流值所感 染,如果其中任何一项因素达不到预定值,就很有可能会发生触点间的金属电积,或焊 接点磨损等问题。

当ABB继电器负载断开时,ABB继电器的触点电路变回产生强烈的反电动势,反电动势越高对触点的损坏就越大,这样会直接造成直流转换器开关的容量降低,一旦产生电弧ABB继电器没有零交叉点,就很有可能延长发弧时间不容易减弱,所以也会导致直流电路器中的单相电流使触点产生电积,并且磨损ABB继电器。
